if you need a place to stay its okay
My wife and I stay at the Starlux, room 101, and as we walked in it was interesting to look at. There was some effort to create the " Happy Days" look. Everything was clean except for the floor. When we changed our socks they were black on the bottom. The bed was okay, but a memory foam topper would have made the bed perfect. There was no maid service while we were there for our three day trip to Wildwood and Cape May. The Boardwalk looked about 100 yards from the front door and a close walk to the convention center.
Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks
This is a good place to save a few bucks, but don’t expect to get a lot for a little here.

Can’t wait to go back!
The hotel was awesome! I loved the pool/hot tub and the staff was super friendly! I also recommend renting the bikes to ride around the boardwalk. We had such a great time and cannot wait to go back!

Will book this hotel again!
This hotel is a perfect location to the beach. Park your car and don’t drive again until you are ready to go home. This is not a fancy hotel, but the rooms are clean & adequate. The rooms contain the necessities - refrig/freezer, micro & coffee maker. What sets this hotel apart is the accomodating service your will receive from the hotel staff (all of them including the hotel manager). A big "thank you" to all the staff we encountered on our trip! We will see you next year!
