Depressed, not just unimpressed for the price.
The place is run-down and the food lousy, but the service ok . . . the maids, servers, and most of the front desk staff great, but a few of the latter disconcertingly unhelpful and hostile. We liked the location away from the busy west end of Grand Cayman, but the wind can be tough if you’re not a wind surfer. We felt compelled to spend most of our time away, so would have done much better with a less expensive hotel. We won’t go back.
