Old fashion service
Excellent customer service. Treated one like a rock star. The total hotel staff showed great courtesy. The lake review rooms have an excellent view of Lake Washington. The former site restaurant’s ambiance was vastly superior to the new remodeled one.

This hotel is wonderful. Don’t hesitate to stay here. I gave it excellent ratings. Service was friendly. Staying there alone as a woman, i felt very "safe" and pampered. It was my first visit to Seattle and I came to see a friend I hadn’t seen in 40 years. Meeting at this hotel was perfect. The setting is beautiful and it was a convenient loction for me. I’m going back soo, I hope.
