Beautiful room, noisy casino setting.
The room was really quite beautiful and well designed--very comfortable. Service was excellent. We needed a bathroom accessory replaced, and it was done immediately. Be careful with the minibar though--if you’ve just moved something to look at it, there is an electronic sensor that records it and assumes you have purchased it, even if you put it back. The lagoon pool was beautiful, but unfortunately, we had a January cold-snap and it was way too cold to use. There were lots of food choices in the food court and lots of entertainment--we saw a rock concert. If you don’t mind the constant activity caused by the endlessly flashing, ringing casino in the lobby (the noise did not affect our room), it’s a great place, especially for teenagers.

Nice, but .....
Nice hotel, lots to do, but my 9th floor "nonsmoking" room smelled so bad. I understand casinos are smokey but the smell in the room was horrible. It almost felt like the air conditioner was blowing smoke on me and not cool air. I switch rooms twice and had the same experience. I couldn’t wait to go home and shower.

great place to escape
very comfortable and clean rooms . staff very pleasant and helpful. plenty to do with a great pool area,clubs and many restaurants on sight.
