Nice but maids need better communication
The hotel was superb, and for the most part the service was outstanding. However, on two occasions after my room had been cleaned for the day, another maid knocked on the door interrupting my nap or activity.

Not up to Hilton standards
This hotel would never make it as a Hilton. Our carpet was dirty, and I can’t be convinced that it was vacuumed while we were there. Replacement of accessories was haphazard. Bathroom wasn’t always cleaned & soap dish wasn’t emptied & cleaned. Ice bucket rarely emptied or plastic bag replaced. At wedding reception, the waitress served us all the same food entre, even though we had prechosen differently. Our waitress served our table with dessert cake (we were the first table served), but never came with coffee or tea. After rest of room was served, she & another waitress started to clear our table. After reporting that we were still waiting for our coffee (our waitress said we were supposed to ask for coffee if we wanted it - even though none of the other tables did this), I had to stop the waitress who still wanted to clear the table first. By the time they got us coffee, part of our table left for the evening. Despite still drinking and needing our napkins, the waitress took all our napkins, leaving the task of wiping our sweaty faces (many of our table was actively dancing) on something else. Needless to say, we were very disappointed.

The zoo is most remarkable and takes at least one day to go through.

The best customer service I have received in years!!!
I will definitely recommend your hotel to all of my friends and family visiting the Omaha area. All of your employees went above and beyond for us. Something you rarely experience these days. John our baggage man and shuttle driver was awesome! Can’t wait for our next visit!
