Pantages Hotel - Toronto
the hotel was in great location if you need to be at Eaton Center ... the room was very nice and very comfortable -had a cozy contemporary feel compared to other "Chain hotels" which I appreciated. Only issue- they were clearly painting on the floors due to the smell, but no WET Paint signs... as soon as checked into the room - i realized had white paint on back on my new coat. I complained to managment, who then realized they needed to put up signs where painting was taking place- found out was on the walls and entrance to the very small elevator - hence reason for paint on my coat..... all is well as they paid for my coat to be dry cleaned. I will stay here the next time I need to be downtown Toronto- Restaurant also was nice with a diverse menu.

Comfortable stay
Hotel is in a great location for shopping, subway and entertainment. We found all staff to be very attentive. Our room with the kitchenette was very comfortable, albeit a little cramped for actually preparing and serving a meal. The subdued lighting in the hallways was a bit gloomy, but that is the only aspect of the accommodations we would fault. We didn’t use the spa services, so our high recommendation is based on the quality of the lodging itself.
