PERFECT FOR THE TRAVELER SEEKING PEACE AND QUIET
This hotel, outside the city of Santiago in a semi-commercial area, was an an unexpected joy. It’s a clean and quiet hotel and has NO MUSIC blarring in the lobby, hallways, and other public areas. Even the dining room is quiet and restful. This is a perfect hotel for tired travllers who’ve had their fill of other people’s music selections at other people’s decible levels. The dining room menu was extensive and everyone in our party was delighted with the food. Desserts were served with great emphasis on presentation.. The rooms are clean and spacious. The staff is professional and friendly. This is a wonderful hotel and my only regret is that it’s so far from the place I live, I may never have another opportunity to stay there.

Close to the airport, poor breakfast
It’s very close to the airport, but it ofers old style rooms, too soft beds and a very poor breakfast included. The free transfer leaves every 30 minutes from the hotel to the airport. From the airport to the hotel, you have to ask the transfer at the Official Ground Transportation desk (not the first taxi desk you almost step over when leaving the arrival area). For about $20 dollars more you can stay at Holliday Inn at the airport, if you book in advance. It doesn’t have breakfast included, but seems to be a lot better!

Comfort near the airport
A really comfortable hotel right at the edge of the airport. Great breakfast and very quiet even though the terminal is only 5 minutes away. I was a bit surprised that my "courtesy" transport from the terminal was added to my bill. Very helpful staff, most of whom spoke English.
