Superb service!
Our flight got delayed so we didn’t get to the hotel until 3am, but that was no problem with Hyatt. The ONLY strike against them was that they didn’t have the type of room I had reserved. So instead of staying in a non-smoking room, I had to stay in a smoking room. My clothes still have a smoky scent. But all is well! The customer service is the best I’ve ever seen as is the quality and cleanliness of the rooms. I was there for 2 nights, and I have never slept so well in a hotel. I was there for a conference that was held at the Hyatt. It was great!!

Hyatt was the Best Hotel Very Impressed
i really enjoyed my stay very nice place the food was awesome, place was clean and had great view and the down side if you are just trying to enjoy the south beach side rent a car taxi service back and forth can become pricey but other than that its was awesome i plan on bringing my husband for his b-day great place for family,buisness or lovers

rent a car if you want to see the sites the food was awesome and not pricey friendly and clean also they had on site boat touring right at the hotel perfect get away
