"The Worst!"
Terrible, is how I would sum up my stay at he East Design. I travel quite frequently to Hamburg, and never have I stayed in suc an unhospitibleplace. The staff was extremely cold and unfriendly. The room as just that, a fancy room, an the package was supposed to include a continental breakfast, which wound up costing me around 50 Euro because I chose fro the wrong breakfast buffet. This wa even after asking the waitress several time (in German) why she kept giving me a bill. She asured me that breakfast was included they just needed my signature so they knew which room I was staying in. Yes, the hotel might get 4 sars for looks, but looks can be deceiving.

Excellence
I was really impressed by this hotel, great service. Had a look around hamburg, and found that the club within the hotel was one of the best, an age group of 20-50, well dressed people. very enjoyable
