Awesome value
For what we paid (~150/night), it’s a great boutique hotel in the middle of south beach. It has a wonderful restaurant on the premises and a pool on the roof with a view of the ocean. Highly recommended

Very special Boutique Hotel
At first I was a little reluctant to stay at what I consider a boutique hotel. Previous stays in South Beach were always at big hotels on Collins Ave. I was pleasantly surprised at the large rooms. I was like an efficiency apartment. Large living room, refrigerator, microwave, kitchen area, 47" Flat Screen TV. The room opened to a atrium in front and a balcony in the rear. I attended a party at the pool on the roof. The resteraunt OLAs was the best ever and the bar was convienant.
