Disapointed
Very disipointed in the service, our tolit broke and they said they had no one to fix it. So I fixed it. I had stayed there a few years before and it was very nice but has gone down hill since. The people were friendly but not helpful.

Definitely Economy
While I did get the hotel for a great price, it was definitely an economy hotel. It was missing some basic items like an ice bucket, conditioner, and lotion. Front desk was not able to obtain extra pillows. Fridge/freezer kept some things cold but others melted. Outside garbages were overflowing with condom wrappers/boxes. Staff was very nice but couldn’t get things done (other than picking me up from airport in shuttle - that was great service).

In an upgrade
We stayed at the hotel during a construction phase I guess. It wasn’t TOO bad. The room we stayed in was very updated but wreaked of fresh paint (which is a little too much to breath all night). Had to open the window on a room with the door going outside, which was unsafe. The garbage hadn’t been changed and had condoms in it (eww). The pool was under maintenance and was a murky white (construction dust I assume?). Had to wait in line behind the cleaning staff to get breakfast, which was a little annoying to me because I was paying for it. None of them spoke English by the way. It was a decent hotel for the price but I’d look for other places to stay if I visit Salt Lake again.
Traveler's tip
Don’t stay here. It is close to the interstate, but definitely not worth the money.
