My delightful stay at the Vienna Hilton Hotel
I have stayed in many hotels around the world, but this hotel has been the best. What made the difference was not so much the facilities or the food, but the personnel were absolutely outstanding. They were curteous, intelligent, followed through on issues that could not be solved immediately, offered extra time and services, make first-rate suggestions - they were the best I have ever experienced!
