It was all good and we could find nothing bad. I wish they had a few more stores at hotel
We stayed at this hotel last year and enjoyed it so thoroughly in every respect that we went back again this year. We were right in the midst of Hurrican Ida but despite the bad weather, we had a wonderful time. The staff was great, the food was excellent and the entertainment made us forget the bad weather. We would definitely go back again.
I really have no tips. The bus service is great so you can get to most places inexpensively.

Hurricane impacted trip
I cannot accurately critique this stay due to the category 1 hurricane that threatened Cancun. Although I paid additional money for an ocean-front room, the hotel management locked down the balcony view for 2 days due to threats of a hurricane. We also were not permitted to go outside to the pool area nor did we have maid service during that time. I can assume that this would not be the case if we had better weather, and I am confident that it would have been more enjoyable.

Welcoming, friendly
Great service; we have a kid and the personnel at the playground area were very nice and loving. The breakfast and dinner buffet were acceptable. The shows at the dinner area - theater were outstanding, specially the one on Mexican folklore. The personnel always very helpful.
