Can’t wait to go back!! :)
We celebrated our 20th anniversary with a long weekend at Acqualina. While you obviously pay for it, the level of service was amazing. It seemed like a 1 to 1 ratio on staff to guests, (maybe it was just a slow weekend!) The pool areas were beautiful; quiet areas and family areas. Wonderful service with no need to worry about finding a pool lounge chair; very well controlled and secure. Great location, beautiful beach, wonderful beachfront restaurant with private sitting areas to just chill in! The spa was overall very nice. Get the 2 hour ESPA time package! Wonderful! Again, if you are willing to pay the price, this place gives you the service.

The BEST of the BEST!
We absolutely loved Acqualina! We went there to celebrate my husband’s 40th birthday. Our intercoastal view was amazing! We had considered staying in South Beach, and we were so happy that we picked Sunny Isles/Aventura area instead. South Beach was too crowded and loud for us. We loved the Aventura Mall which is very convenient to Acqualina. We are very particular about the decor of the hotels/rooms and we were so impressed. All of the people at Acqualina make you feel very special!
Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay
I would request a room on a higher floor. The night time intercoastal views are breathtaking!

It was good time
One of the best 5-star hotels we ever visited. Quite impressive was dinner near the ocean (but you need reservation for this). The best part of their personnel are consierges, especially Chancy (great woman, who can help in any hotel situation.)
Traveler's tip on shopping
For shopping the best way is to use Aventura mall, located 4-5 min driving from the hotel. Aventura mall has free Wi-Fi, free parking and free valet parking (if you go to the Bella Luna restaurant). Bella Luna is really great place to eat. Till 16-30 prices in Bella Luna are much less (lunch menu), compared to evening (with almost the same list of dishes). Driving on Collins Av. near Bal Harbor Shops be carefull, because road police every evening is measuring speed exactly in this place.
