Great Stay!
We went with my entire family (16 people) for my dad’s 75th birthday. They were very accommodating. We were able to get rooms on the same floor. We were in the Cabana bldg and it was very nice with a view of the pool and the ocean. Loved being able to hear the ocean. They have service on the beach to set up chairs and umbrellas. I don’t believe there is a charge, but a tip is worthwhile. The restaurants are limited but there are many good restaurants within walking distance. The casino is so-so.

Great Place For Our Honeymoon
We had never been to Puerto Rico , So we stayed at this hotel and were very impressed with the View from our room , the friendly staff , pool was just beautiful, the access to the beach was on the premises just off the pool area and walking distance to shopping , restaurants, clubs and other casinos. The week we were ther they had a blocked off street party right in front of hotels with bands, food (all restaurants participated) and vendors.
Try the public transportation it’s cheap and it gets you where you need to go and you have a nice view on the way. The drivers are real helpful in answering any question on how to get anywhere you want to go.

Loved it! The beach, the pool, the housekeeping, the local Puerto Rican restaurants, everything!
Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay
Food: Go taste the Puerto Rican food; arros con pollo (rise with chicken), pernill(pork), postelles (a Puerto Rican favorite). Whatever they put in the food to make it taste soooo good, I don’t know, but this was the best food I’ve ever had. Shopping: Visit San Juan Viejo (Old San Juan). You won’t believe the prices and beautiful homemade items. El Yunque Rain Forest: Just go!!
