We’ll Never Go Anywhere Else!
This place was absolutely amazing! My husband and I came to the Excellence at the beginning of November and we couldn’t stop talking about how amazing it was! The pools and the ocean was perfection! There were so many dining options and there were different bars everywhere we turned! The service was wonderful and everyone there was so friendly. We had stayed at the Dreams in Puerto Vallarta for our honeymoon a year ago and the Excellence completely blew it out of the water! We highly recommend the Excellence and we don’t plan to ever go anywhere else!

Honeymoon in paradise
We had an absolutely amazing time during our stay at Excellence Riviera Cancun. The staff was very friendly and courteous. Our room was exactly as pictured online. The restaurants, food and wait staff were fabulous. We took a couple side trips which were really easy to book since they had people onsite to help with that. We were a little concerned about tipping since I read a lot of reviews that said you had better do that or you would get bad service. Absolultely not true! One of the best surprises was room service. They have 24 hour room service and it was quick, and delicious. I still miss that chocolate cake. . .
