Will certainly go back!
We found the hotel a very pleasent suprise, clean,comfortable room & good beds! We only wish we had more time to spend enjoying the big covered porch. We are planning on going back in the fall, this time spending 2 or 3 days.
Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay
Take time to wonder down the side streets...you will find more shopping, beautiful old homes, just very relaxing.

I wish I had known about the 200+ teenage kids before ...
Your hotel was amazing. How very charming. The only downside was the 200+ teenage kids running all over the hotel, banging on doors and windows and generally making the noise equivalent to a herd of charging rhinoceros. My niece was out in the hallway chasing kids away from the room until 10:30 p.m. because the teenagers kept pounding on everyone’s front doors and the glass sliding doors to the pool area. This kept waking up her 2 year old. Management was non-responsive to the noise and other issues until after 10:00 p.m. though complaints were called in earlier. I’d love to see the hotel when it wasn’t full of tweeners.
