Disappointed but still enjoyed time away from home
Snow covered courtyard looked very beautiful but was quite disappointed with quality of room.

Hot Tub & Wireless Not Working
I chose this place for three reasons- 5 in a room, hot tub, and wireless internet. We got a very nice room, suite for 5, but the hot tub was broken and the wireless internet did not reach our room. I was dissatisfied.

It works.
It was a little noisy, but it was cozy, and the young man at the front desk was very helpful with recommending dining locations.
