If you don’t speak Spanish, don’t go!!!
The duty "manager" at the reception really spoilt the stay. You queue patiently to wait your turn ... When it is your turn, at your 1st utter of English, he tells you to wait while he tries to busy himself in hope that you will go away ... Then when other guests approach him, he tends to them and leaves you waiting ... average waiting time 25 mins.

All future visits to GDL will be at this hotel
This is the 3rd hotel I’ve stayed in during my visits to Guadalajara. It is by far the nicest room and has a great English speaking staff. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The hotel is in a nice area of the city--just 3 blocks from the American Consulate, 1 block from Starbucks and 2-3 blocks from 7-Eleven and Dominoes Pizza. There are many fine restaurants in the area also. And the hotel is a short distance to the center of Guadalajara. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to visit GDL.
