could be bette
I spent 45 mn on the phone to get the internet by a company. Internet is not available by the hotel code. The cost per day for internet service is too expensive. I asked to put my food in the fridge before I could check in my room, at 11am but food was still on a table at 4pm ! But well.... Our stay was yet good.

The hotel location is great and I would recommend it for this reason, Tremblant has so many things to offer! It is great!

Normal 3 stars hotel
If you keep your expectation in line with a 3 star hotel, then you will not be disappointed. I find the staff are quite courteous. We did not use much of their service but the front desk did provide decent answer to our questions. The condo unit is a little dated by overall very clean and well equipped. It even provide dish washing detergent for the dish washer. Daily cleaning was done fast. We always come back in a cleaned room even before lunch.
Traveler's tip on recreational activities
Don’t miss the free snow tubing and GT racer. The kids will love it. Be sure to line up early. At least 30 mins before it starts so you can get in the first group. Once you are in, you can play as long as you want.
