Everyone was nice. The room was not anything special (pretty basic) but it was also less expensive than others we looked at. We thought that the food and drinks were awfully expensive so rarely used the restaurant or bar. We would stay there again though as the area is good.

Love this place!
This was a very nice hotel on an amazing beach. The staff was incredible and gladly catered to every need. I was very impressed with bang for the buck. This is a smaller hotel with a modest pool, grounds, and lobby....but you didn’t need a golf cart to get across the ground, which I liked. Overall, a great stay!

"Home way from home."
Kaanapali Beach Hotel is not the coporate hotel. A family friendly, welcoming enviroment is what you will find and come to love as we did. This is our second stay there and it was nice to be greeted by people who remember your name and face. The staff makes you feel that you are home and not at a hotel. We have found your home away from home.
