Nice Family Hotel
We were not at the hotel long enough to enjoy all of the activities it offered but it seemed like a nice family hotel. We would like to go back some day.

We will be back!
The hotel is a bit pricey,but well worth the money. We spent a day at the pool, and playing on the beach. We are considering renting a villa next year, and bringing another family. We had a great time, and there was so much to do. Our kids ( 8 and 10) begged to stay a few extra days.
Traveler's tip on local attractions
Very close to Cedar point, and if you are looking for a place to eat ask the front desk. They have great cards typed out with directions starting from hotel.

Save your money. Location is not worth price.
Very unprofessional staff. Poor lobby setup with two staff desks spaced apart with lot’s of inter office chatter about issues that I really don’t feel were appropriate for around guests. Half hazard maid service. Seems to be a flip of the coin between the two desk people. Only asked for service once.I Asked for fresh towels and got three on the bed with the pile of dirty ones left on the bathroom floor. I guess they thought I was going to reuse them. All three mornings, my wife had to ask to fill milk and juice for the continental breakfast. Lake view room was just barely, with 3/4 blocked by cottage in front. Jacuzzi was nice but not worth the price.
