No typical B&B, much too expensive
The room we booked ws a double bedroom, but so tiny, impossible to stay there. We had to pay for an upgrade for a slightly bigger room. Both rooms had tiny bathrooms, no chance to turn around in the shower. Breakfast was very unhealthy due to canned fruits, sweet cakes, toast etc., no yoghurt or cereals were served. In general, you had to eat what you got. The worst breakfast we experinced. Weird rules, such as just 30 minutes breakfast time (9-9:30), bringing the breakfast to the room is not allowed. The house smelled from the cats.
Traveler's tip on local attractions
The beacj in Cape May is much nicer than the one in Wildwood. The 18 holes 3-par course in Rio Grande is real bargain for golf beginners.

Enjoyed stay in this cozy B&B
We stayed in a tiny room, the smallest weve ever stayed in I think. But we knew that from the reviews and so were prepared. This is a B&B, so we did not expect hotel amenities. With those expectations we were pretty happy with our stay. Bob, the owner, was very nice even though he comes off seeming a bit gruff. This is a nice, quiet place to spend a few days, mostly for non-kid families. Its a long 2.5 blocks to the beach, which means it takes a brisk 5 minute walk to get there but once there you are in the middle of action in Wildwood. Slightly scary neighborhood on one side but probably no worse than any other place in the area. Nice fixed menu breakfast - tell Bob beforehand if you are allergic, vegetarian or otherwise wont eat something and while they may be too small a place to get you exactly what you want they may be able to accommodate and at least wont waste the food. Would go back to the same place again.

Never Again
Room was small, Hotel owners/staff rude and somewhat pushy. The food for a Bed and Breakfast the food was not good. Food was very plan some things were made up as if a little kid prepared it for us. All in all will never return to this hotel and would not suggest anyone should stay here.
Traveler's tip on local attractions
Cape May Zoo is Free only a few miles away. Also Cape May the town is very pretty the Lighthouse and beaches much nicer than Wildwood.
