Another great experience!
I have stayed at the hilton before and enjoyed it and this past experience was a great one as well! The location is awesome. Being able to walk to the marketplace is really great and the convenience of the free transportation to the parks makes it the perfect place to stay if you are not actually staying at a disney resort. I even had a situation with my air conditioning not working properly and not even 5 minutes after I called there was a maintenance person knocking on my door to fix it. He was extremely courteous and professional and fixed my air conditioning within several minutes of arriving at my room. I love the market they have there too because you can grab some cereal, coffee, sandwiches and not spend a fortune. It’s great if you have kids since you don’t always want to do a fancy breakfast every morning. I highly recommend this hotel - great service, great location - no complaints!!

Perfect for Disney World
We stayed at the Hilton in Disney World for 10 days over our honeymoon and could not have been happier with the experience. The staff were really friendly, the location is great (right across the street from Downtown Disney) and the rooms are well equipped. The hotel is slightly dated, but so are all the hotels on Hotel Plaza Blvd, so you can forgive it for that. The rooms are modern and clean and perfect for relaxing after a long day at Disney World. A tip would be to make sure you rent a car if you are going anywhere but Disney World, Orlando is huge and getting around without a car is difficult.

Good value, but problem with room service
The hotel had a lot of amenities and good shuttle transportation to the Disney Parks. Also, having Downtown Disney across the street was a big plus. The only comment I had was on the cleanliness of my room. My garbage was not emptied for 2 days - not sure why. Otherwise, this hotel is a good value for the Orlando area.
