Bad customer service
It seems ok while checking out and then we got 150$ charged for credit 3 days after the vacation for no reason (the whole bill was paid online before ). When trying to contact the hotel, they didnt solve the problem: just answer "dont know" and go check with the credit company??? . Very disappointing service. Everything else are fairly moderate.

would go back but get a bigger room.
Was in a good location, was a decent place, and nice staff. The room was just shaped oddly which made for a tight fit. Wouldn’t recommend the room with the queen bed.
