Dirty
the lobby gal was very nice and proffessional but the hotel smelled like smoke and the carpets were dirty and the grout in the bathroom was all broken there was no water in the coke machine and it was suggested we go out and buy it at the store to make our baby’s bottle--would not stay again --could not let baby down because of the carpets--the managers were filthy and smoked

Good value
The location was perfect for our visit to the University of Washington campus. The desk was very helpful from providing bus schedules and even watching our luggage after check out time. The continental breakfast was a little sparse but QFC grocery was in a center across the street. I would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting the campus.

On the cheap - Sure. If not look elsewhere.
No mini-fridge, had to keep beverages cool with ice from downstairs. Only air conditioner was broken. Staff were very nice but clearly the hotel did not have enough amenities. Also Wi-Fi internet was basically non-functional.
