Very welcoming staff
They did not have our exact reservation available, but they gave us a choice of 2 rooms and the one we picked was convenient and comfortable although the rug had stains in it. Everything else was clean. The bed was very comfortable, and there was a small refrigerator and microwave.

Staff was and restaurant inside the hotel was great! The room and bedding was very comfortable, too!!!
Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay
Great place to stay if you want to see the highlights of Memphis. This hotel was close to the downtown area including Beale Street, The Hard Rock Cafe, the Mississippi Riverboat Tours, and not far from Graceland. We saw it all and had a good time! Hotel staff was great!
