Great For The Price
If you’re looking for to spend a night in Denver on a budget, this place definitely deserves a look. The exterior has probably seen better days, but the room was much better than I expected for the price: clean, comfortable, and warm. There are few amenities (no coffee pot in the room), but a good cable tv, the usual soaps, clean towels, and a modern bathroom with plenty of hot water. The location is also good: about 10 min. walking distance to downtown. Although this is definitely not a luxury hotel, it is on par with many other national chain motels that charge two to three times the price.

Great price value
We have stayed here for 1 night and what you pay is what you get and mnaybe even more. Simple, but clean. Our stay was fine.

$10 cab ride to downtown.. maybe not worth it?
This hotel was absolutely terrible. When we first showed up there were police outside arresting some men for who knows what. Then a women (who I assume was a hooker) approached us asking for a ride because her "boyfriend" was one of the men getting arrested. The man working the front desk was nice enough. Our room was fine for just getting ready in but I had to wear flip flops in the shower and was a little weary about sleeping in the sheets. Overall, it was nice being so close to downtown, but I think next time I will spend the extra money and stay in a nicer area.
