Good food and very near subway
1. Plenty of good Chinese, Vietnamese, Thai restuarants around the hotel. 2. Many fruit stalls and shops selling fruits, drinks, snacks at a lot cheaper price than other places in Manhattan. 3. Grand Street subway station is just around the corner from the Hotel. Extremely near. About 50 paces. So, we can go to all attractions we want very easily. 4. Room are acceptable. Clean and well kept. If there are refrigerator and microwave in the room, it would be perfect.

Average hotel
It was located in a decent neighborhood and on the subway line so that was nice. Not much for food in the neighborhood unless you liked real chinese food. My suggestion would be to get a subway pass and just go there to sleep; for that the hotel was just fine.
