The place to stay
The front desk people needs some customer service training. They were OK, but cannot compete with the excellent customer service you get at Puerto Vallarta resorts or or any other Mexican Resort. The place is beautiful overlooking the city. The rooms are large and comfortable. All other services are great ( laundry, room service etc) This is the place to stay.

I’ll go back any time
Good location. Up on a hill. You can see part of the city (nice view). Away from traffic. Service is a 5 star. And food...!!!The Best!!! If never being in Guadalajara, access to the hotel from the freeway is a little scary (lots of traffic)but once you tried the first time you’ll get used to (maybe the hotel needs it’s own access road) But overall it is a great place to stay
