Room was not cleaned, but staff made it right.
Great Location accross from arena. The room was dirty and our sheets had somthing on them. I don’t think housekeeping cleaned the room between occupants. My wife complained and they gave us our room for free.

I would go back but I would also try somewhere else to try something new.
My wife and I only stayed for one night. Our reason for going to Cleveland was to visit a few of the brew pubs before checking in then goto the local downtown clubs after checking in. There are a lot of restaurants and clubs located with in walking distance of the hotel. Parking is not an issue unless you want to park for free. The hotel does have a valet service available and there are many parking garages very close but of course there is a fee. The room itself was slightly dated but clean.

Nice location by The Q!
The sleep number bed didn’t work. I was a little disappointed in that, but asides from that, it was great!
