Wonderful Hotel and Great Service!
My boyfriend and I stayed at Le Meridien for five days. We had a wonderful stay. We were greeted when we first arrived and offered a moist washcloth and iced mango juice. We asked the concierge for suggestions, and he provided some great options. Whenever we asked for something to be delivered to the room, it was there within two or three minutes. The service the entire time was fantastic. The amenities at the hotel were also very nice. The pools were beautiful and the gym was awesome. The room was comfortable. The bed was great and the bathroom was large and beautiful. Only complaint would be the pillows. They were not very comfy. Unfortunately, they are building another hotel next door. Even so, we would still return.
I would absolutely recommend taking the ferry to Isla Mujeres. It is a beautiful little island not too far from Cancun. Once you get there, you can rent a golf cart and drive around the island. It was definitely the best part of our trip. Also, there are some Mayan ruins in/near the Hotel Zone. The are called Ruinas del Rey. It is closed, so there aren’t any tours or anything, but you are allowed to walk around and explore. This was fantastic. Although these ruins are on the small side, it was a great experience. There were only two other people there while we were visiting, so it was nice and quiet. There were tons of iguanas, too!

Excellent Service
I was expecting that the hotel has Japanese concierge because Japanese guide book read it’s available, but no luck. However, The service was excellent, especially the concierge on the 6th floor. We recommend to stay this hotel upper 6th floor.
