ok hotel
the staff was very very polite and helpful. the room was clean, but it had a funky odor to it... bed was comfortable (2nights)... very close to NASA and only a few min drive to the mall and to the boardwalk

Hotel not for overnight stays
This is a good hotel for long term stays where you furnish your soap, towels and other everyday items, but not for short term.

Not worth the money or time!
I’ve never left a review for a hotel before but I felt this needed one! The bed & pillows were terrible - we waited about 15 minutes at the front desk just for someone to help us to ask for extra pillows. A girl came through but was evidentally off her shift & didn’t even acknowledge us standing there. Then they supposedly only had one pillow left which was no help at all. The staff was inattentive & seemed unconcerned. When we checked out the girl asked how our stay was & I told her it wasn’t very nice because the sleeping situation was extremely uncomfortable. She just "giggled" like I wasn’t being serious & said simply, "Aww, I’m sorry." The vending machines were not stocked with few choices left. & We thought the shower faucet was going to break every time we turned it. It might be a great location for visting the space center but there are other hotels around that looked a lot nicer.
