Worth the price!!!
If you want to stay in Oak Bluffs, this hotel is a great deal. My wife and I booked this hotel only a few days before a combined business and pleasure couple days. The room was small, but clean. We had a private bath and were pleased with the continental breakfast. I wouldnt recommend the small room we had for more than a couple nights stay, but for the convenience of Oak Bluffs, we had a good stay. Oak Bluffs offers more fun than Edgartown and you wont get a deal like this in Edgartown

Not impressed
Would stay in the "cottage" hotel if I had to, but next time I will give myself more time to book a hotel and have better choices, everything else was pretty much booked when we made our reservation. They do have complementary breakfast in the morning, cookies and tea in the afternoon. Its walking distance to restaurants, stores in main street, colorful cottages, merry go round and port.
Next time I would stay in Edgartown, its much nicer.
