A trip highlight
Our room with the balcony overlooking the courtyard gardens was very pleasant. We especially enjoyed the convenience, a 15 min safe walk to the Duomo/25 min to the Uffizi. The buffet breakfast was generous with excellent replenishment of dishes, served in a room we photographed for its beauty.

Front desk was able to schedule prior to our arrival an appointment to tour the noted Uffizi galleries.

Monna lisa Hotel Florence, very good experience
Hotel Monna Lisa, Florence is in a great location to walk to areas in Florence. If you drive there you should have gps as it is not easy to find the first time. Hotel grounds is very nice, public rooms outstanding. Staff helped when asked, a bit stuffy at times. So far common in Italy, bed linens were somewhat rough.

Beautitful garden and atmospere
We enjoyed staying at this hotel. It had a very relaxing and beautiful garden. The breakfast was very good and included some very nice items. THe fronet desk was helpful but not overly friendly.
