Yearly El Paso Trip
-I use this hotel every trip that I take to El Paso. They are very good to accomadate me in everything I need and when asked will allow me to have the same room each time. The room is great and affords me the space that I need to have guests to visit with during my stay. The room is always clean and well maintained during my stay. Each visit AI host a Sunday Brunch for family and friends. The hotel has the best Sunday Brunch ( as well as other days meals) in El Paso with great service and food! The employees are very personable and treat you as though you were the only guest staying with them at that time. I will continue to use this hotel for all my trips!!

Nice place to stay - but
We went to the hotel over Thanksgiving. We had reservations at the dining room for Thanksgiving dinner. The day before my wife called to confirm reservations and was told the restaurent was having maintenance problems and would not be open for Thanksgiving. So we had to scramble to get reservations at another restaurent. We also had leak in the bathroom sink that maintence said they repaired, but did not. A couple negatives, but we enjoyed our stay and would go back again.

Not your typical hotel - and worth it for the view, breakfast buffet & Saturday night entertainment
Even though downtown El Paso is no longer the vibrant center of commerce it was many years ago, and you are only 6 blocks from Juarez, staying at this hotel was a pleasure for our Thanksgiving Holiday trip. From downtown, you can go to East El Paso or West El Paso via I-10 very easily and quickly, and you are close to UTEP and Kern Place Entertainment area. The charm of the hotel is spectacular, the service was very friendly, and the views awesome from our corner 14th floor room. And, as a bonus, the Saturday night band in the dome bar was terrific!! We will definitely return. Not so much for the room itself, but for the convenience, the view, the breakfast buffet (make sure to get your coupons when checking in) and the great bar and weekend music!!
