Great service at the best location in Cancun.
We had a great stay. As previous reviews pointed out, only disappointment we had was that the sun goes down fast because it is facing north. With that said, I think this was the best Cancun hotel.

Best Hotel Location in the "Hotel Zone"
Couldn’t have been happier with the service at the Hotel. The rooms all had a great view of the grounds and the beach! We walked everywhere from the hotel, no cabs were needed! Great Place!

Great hotel and location, but way to expensive and they try to add to your bill.
It was a beautiful hotel, however they kept charging us for other peoples services and they even said we going ot have to pay more for our room because they rates were going up, after we already paid in full and our contract said we wouldn’t have to pay more.
