Wonderful Stay
I recently turned 50... for my bday my kids rented a room at the Conrad for my husband and I. What a beautiful hotel with a great wine bar inside. Several very nice restaurants within walking distance, also walking distance to the mall. Our rooms were comfy, very clean. We’d love to come back again.

Great hotel for an even better price!
What a nice place! The staff was very friendly. The atmosphere in the Capitol Grille was plesant. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Great Location!
This hotel was in a great location for attending a Colts game. It is within walking distance to the restaurants and major attractions downtown. Once we parked our car we never needed it again until we checked out. The bathrooms are really luxurious and the beds were super comfortable. Great flat screen TVs in the room.

Conrad Hotel
Very nice place to stay, the staff was wonderful, right in the middle of town, near everything. Will be going back next year for another Colt’s game!

Great weekend getaway in Indy
Very nice hotel and excellent service by all employees. The hotel restaurant, The Capital Grille, stops serving drinks at the bar about 25 minutes before closing, so keep that in mind if you wanted to stop in there for a nightcap.

First Class
The Conrad Indianapolis is situated in the middle of "everything" in downtown Indianapolis. We live 20 minutes away on the northside of Indianapolis, and chose this hotel to celebrate our 13th Anniversary, and were very happy with our room and service.

The Capital Grille is located on the first floor of the hotel, and the quality of the food and the service is impeccable!

Great Hotel! However, not impressed with Concierge!!!
Concierge tried to get us to utilize cabs to get around, when there are shuttle buses that will get you wherever you want to go for less than a couple bucks!!

Great Stay for Business or Pleasure
I stayed one night at the Hotel. It was a very nice hotel. Having stayed all over the country, I would put this hotel in the upper level as far as being clean and convenient. Service was very good. Capital Grille was also very good as is all the others that I have been to in the country. It has a skyway to the City Center Mall.
Traveler's tip
I would skip the spa. It is more like a private gym - small in scale. I just never got comfortable and that’s the whole idea behind visiting a spa. I would save me $200 for another time at another place

Definitely would stay there again
The hotel staff were extremely nice, detail oriented, and very good at what they do. The room was beautiful and spacious. The only thing was that the room was kept at 62 degrees F, very cold for me (I’m used to 79); it might just be a northern thing. It was very close to the convention center, expensive or cheap restaurants (all good), and the mall/movie theater. This was a very pretty part of downtown.

Above Reproach, Whether You Like it or Not
The hotel itself was spectacular; the room was more than I expected, with more perks than I thought possible. The one downside is that when you stay at The Conrad, you’re paying for a luxury hotel. And with that comes a certain snootiness in the staff that I didn’t have the patience for.

Great Hotel
Very impressed with the Conrad. Rooms were clean and neat and nicely appointed. Bathrooms were great. Hotel staff from the people outside to behind the desk were very helpful and professional. The place to stay in Indy. Great location too. In the middle of everything.

BEST hotel we have EVER stayed at !!!
People that know me, know that I’m very picky. With that being said....The BEST hotel my wife or I have have ever sytayed at. Perfect loaction in downtown, the room was fantastic, and the staff was very helpful and knowledgable. The shower was wonderful and the bed and pillows were VERY comfortable. The TV in the bathroom was great for not missing any of the game. The turndown service was exceptional...mood lighting and mood music were a lovely added touch. Again, BEST hotel we have ever stayed at...we didn’t want to leave.

Plenty of fabulous restaurants and shopping all within walking distance. Indy loves it’s microbrews too. Check out the historic St. Elmo’s Steak House (1902), Alcatraz Brewery, and Howl at the Moon Piano Bar. Take in a horse drawn carriage ride around town too. The Zoo is very cute as well. Walk along the canal to get there, it’s great.

Excellent Hotel with exception service
We had a terrific two day stay. The employees were knowledgeable and courteous. Hotel pool and exercise area were top notch. Get room with comfortable bed and furniture. We will definitely go back.

Everything you would want in a hotel.
Stayed at the Conrad during the regional basketball tournament and couldn’t have had a more enjoyable experience. The accomadations were superb and the hotel is within walking distance to just about everything.

5-Star Hotels
I have stayed in dozens of hotels, and at resorts, but, NEVER have I been as pleased as I was at The Conrad Indianapolis. I am truly spoiled to 5-Star hotels now. The decor, accomodations, and staff were excellent.

hotel was absolutely excellent. everything one would expect a nicer 4+ star hotel to be. room service was great. the tv was fantastic. view was great. comfortable everything. bathroom was a luxury. all great and would stay there everytime if visiting indy. close to everything. stayed on top floor and we had the fastest elevator i’ve ever been on. perfect.

Indianapolis’s best hotel
The hotel was awesome. One of the nicest I have ever been to and I travel frequently. Everything was so clean and comfortable. The bathrooms were absolutly beaufiful and the service was outstanding.

The hotel’s location was just what we were looking for. We went to a colts game, did some shopping and had great dinners all within walking distance. which is what we enjoy.

Very Impressed
One of the best hotels in which I have stayed. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful! It is centrally located and around many places to eat and sights to see that are within walking distance. The fitness-spa-pool was amazing. I was able to get a full workout in, while my wife enjoyed the spa services. All requests we handled immediately.

my husband and I went to the conrad for the 4th of july and watched the fireworks we had a lot of fun and the hotel was awsome.
