"A great beach, wonderful location, nice building but watch out the cleanliness"
Great beach and great location. I would encourage the Presidente Intercontinental Team to watch out those tips that visitors would find important. The location is great ( did I say that before?) and the overall look of the building, pool landscaping and views is very nice. I would say that beds are niot the most confortable, but the nice views to the beach or to the lagoon would pay for that. I thought the cleanliness of the bedrooms was ok until I got to see the "Hospitality Room" and saw in person how the lady was cleaning what others were having there when they were using it. I would say that it was not the great experience even though the service an idea of having a room for your use once you have checked out yours is good. The Hotel could find its way to be more successful if they pay attention to these details and if they calm down with the selling time share representatives that will find you on your way to the room the first time.

Good value for money, nice beach, good breakfest
Intercontinental Hotel in Cancun is located in Zona Hotelara, and is exactly what I expected in a touristic place such a Cancun, I mean huge number of tall hotels located next to each other. I spent there only one night when I have arrived to Mexico, before going to more Mexican places such as Merida, Tulum, etc. The hotel is a little bit old but well maintained and is located at the beach. Good breakfast is served in the restaurant with a good view on swimming pool and seaside. It is a good value for money. Nice place to stay before heading to less touristic places.
