Nice stay
Very nice hotel with great service and very nice views. We got upgraded to a junior suite with view towards the Tokyo Tower so of course we were happy. The breakfast buffe was excellent but extremely expensive. A very slight smell pf smoke in our non-smoking room was the only thing we could find that was not perfect.

Impressive
Having been to a few hotels in Tokyo, this is really one of the most clean and friendly. The staff is really attentive and they do try to address any concerns.

Classy, comfortable hotel
Stayed at Prince Park Tokyo Tower two times, at the beginning and end of our trip. Most travelers would feel comfortable at this hotel. Its upscale (e.g. there was a Cartier in the lobby), but its not an over-the-top resort, more like a classy business hotel. Pluses: -great gift shop with a bakery, souvenirs, and necessities. Grab an on-the-go type breakfast before heading out for the day. -Free shuttle to train station. Make a reservation. -Our first room was perfect. Good beds, city views, nice shower, toto toilet -Safe area; plenty of restaurants nearby (although most are closed on Sundays). -they went above and beyond when we accidentally left some clothing behind; found the items, had them laundered and packaged up by the time we returned at the end of our trip. Downsides: -1/2 mile or so from JR station. This was difficult with luggage, and we made the trip back and forth several times. -Not the most exciting or convenient location. -During our second stay we requested a non-smoking room, but our room was overpoweringly smoky. I didnt notice it right away (or we would have requested a room change), but by the time I woke up in the morning I had a headache, stomachache, and couldnt wait to get out of the room. Bottom line is I would recommend this PPTT, but it is worth paying extra for the premium floors, and get a non-smoking room! The premium really was nicer, bigger, better view, better bathroom, better all around.
Sushi lovers must make a trip for sashimi at Tsukiji Fish Market. Its to die for!

Great Business Hotel
As one would expect from a good Japanese hotel, the service is perfect. The hotel is clean and the room comfortable. As per other reviews, there is lack of restaurants next to the hotel, but take a 10 minute walk, or a short Taxi ride and you will have more than sufficient restaurants, and you get a quiet night of rest in exchange.
There is a great bakery and convenient store in the hotel. Great if you are in a rush or just want to save a few bucks for breakfast.

The Prince was Princely
We were totally happy with the Prince Park Tower (Tokyo) ... Our guest room at the Prince was completely comfortable. We stayed at the Prince following our arrival in Japan from California. As you probably know, the westerly flight from L.A. to Tokyo is somewhat brutal. The Prince is an ideal location to try to shake the travel-related stupor that usually follows lengthly flights. The room was quiet, the bed comfortable, and the bathroom luxurious. The location is excellent - though not in the middle of a touristy neighborhood. Easy walking distance to a handful of subway stations and lines. I recommend attempting to figure out the lay of the land during the daytime (and not immediately after getting off the plane). If you take the JR Line to Hamamatsucho with your suitcases, it could be a little challenging finding the hotel in the dark. Instead, take the Narita Express to Tokyo Station and take a taxi to the hotel (1500 yen approximately).

Excellent
This hotel is adjacent to the Tokyo Prince Hotel where I have stayed many times. But the Prince Park Tower is immensely nicer, cleaner, friendly, better located and only slightly more expensive. The lower floors on 3-18 were very nicely appointed, clean and comfortable. I cannot imagine what the upper floors could have had that was superior. We will return to the Prince Park Tower again. Moreover, Expedia offered as good or better rate than any other on-line booking service.

Exquisite
Outstanding service. Large rooms. Amazing view (my premiere room overlooked the Tokyo Tower). The location can be a bit out of the way and requires either taxi or subway but overall this is an exceptional hotel.

The hotel was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in - everything was first class
The hotel was excellent. We would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to stay in Tokyo
I would not recommend Tokyo for a holiday destination. Very few of the people speak English and it was very difficult to get around. Taxi drivers did not understand us and we attempted to go on a river cruise, all the writing was in Japanese and we could not find anyone who could tell us what to do or where to go

Luxury at a discount
Second time weve stayed here, always when there are room deals. Luxury hotel for the price of most business hotels in Tokyo. We had a corner room, upper floor, large for Tokyo, with a wonderful city view. The bathroom was outrageously huge, with wall length window looking out onto the city, and great view from the Jacuzzi bathtub. Separate glass-walled shower, and very fine amenities. Pristine and modern. First time we stayed we had the Tokyo tower view, but this time didnt feel like paying the extra fee. Instead we spent the money on drinks and dessert at the hotels top floor lounge with a panoramic nighttime view of Tokyo and Tokyo Tower in our laps. Perfect. Its becoming a tradition to end our visits to Japan here. Free internet was icing on the cake. Easy access to anywhere by subway. Free shuttle to the closest major subway station. My husband is from Japan and we both really love this hotel.
Traveler's tip on dining
Roppongi Hills and the Mori tower are a short subway ride away. Plenty of restaurants of varying cuisines and prices.

Exceptional! Great location, super clean, jetted tubs!
This hotel went above and beyond. My wife and I have stayed in many 5-star hotels before and this one is near the top. We had a corner double which was large even for American standards. The all marble bathroom was amazing with separate shower (super hot and powerful water) and jetted tub (just the thing after a long day of walking around Tokyo). The closest subway is on the Toei line = Akabanebashi, and it is convenient to transfer to any station in Tokyo. Overall excellent service, room was always clean, things put away, etc. Highly recommended
Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay
If you dont have a view of Tokyo Tower (which we didnt probably because we paid so little, you will get an amazing view of the shrine right next to Tokyo Tower, I forget the same already)

Great Place
This hotel is one of the best choices when in Tokyo, although a little pricey at times the standards of the place can not be faulted. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels in my life and this would rate in the top ten. Staff were very well presented and always courtious and friendly, the rooms are immaculate and the the services available were extremely good.
Traveler's tip on recreational activities
Make sure you use the convinience stores for buying drinks, and check if free internet is covered in your package as well as TV.

Just what we needed!
Excellent service overall and location. One drawback is you have to pay additional for just about everything else including the spa and pool which we thought was unusual.

Great hotel, green initiative can make room uncomfortable
I recently stayed at the Prince Park Tower Tokyo with my wife on our honeymoon. I cant say enough good things about the quality of staff or facilities. If youre staying in Tokyo and want an upper scale western style hotel, this is the place for you. We had a breathtaking view of the Tokyo Tower at night. the level of amenities and quality of the room. The only negative side to the situation is that the room is extremely green. Im all for the green initiative, I just wish it didnt require me to sleep in an 80 degree room in the middle of summer. The a/c was awesome in the room when it was running, but it was controlled by a motion sensor. Anytime we fell asleep, the a/c would shut off an hour later, and my temp setting of 74 would climb up to 80 almost immediately. Japan in the summer is extremely humid and the a/c was the only thing keeping the humidity in the room down. If we didnt run it that day the sheets felt almost wet. All in all this is a great hotel, but when I go back I will most likely be asking the concierge if they can have maintenance override the sensor in the a/c.
Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay
This hotel isnt far from the JR Hammatsucho station, however walking in Tokyo can wear you out quickly. My guidebooks all said not to trust taxis, but we learned towards the end of our trip that sometimes theyre worth it!

Excellent quality for the price. Very relaxing atmosphere everywhere in the hotel. We enjoyed going for a walk in the park surrounding the hotel early in the morning (you get to see both old and new parts of Japan there). The convenience store in the lobby (open from 8:00am til 1:00am!) is really convenient too.

The Prince Park Tower is the perfect place for first time visitors. The staff is extremely helpful and they have a strong desire to please.

Great hotel - rate is more reasonable than other big hotels in Tokyo
We stayed as a family in one of the junior suites. It was fabulous to say the least. Kids loved it as well. While their gym is nothing to write home about, they have a real spa "onsen" hot spring at the gym...which was wonderful. Without taking a trip to Hakone for hot spring, you can enjoy it right there at the hotel for $20! The what looks to be a 2xqueen size bed(?) was great. You can easily fit 4 people/family.
Traveler's tip on dining
While hotel restaurants are expensive, there are lots of restaurants within walking distance.

Definitely will book again
Excellent and fast room service. They met my room request of being on the side with the view of the Tokyo Tower. The views were gorgeous especially at night when the tower is all lit up. Its actually really close to the Akabanebashi subway station and the Hamamastsucho bus terminal. My only gripe is that there was a loose tile in my shower.
Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks
Eat out. Hotel restaurants are pricey. If you get a room with a balcony remember to ask the front desk to unlock it for you.
