Excellent Stay
This was by far one of the better hotels I’ve stayed at. I was very impressed with the services that were provided (breakfast, shuttle to airport and UCSB,) and the attitude of the staff. They treated me so well and gave me a toothbrush when i told them I forgot mine. The grounds and rooms were beautiful and really made me feel like i was on a ’vacation’ in southern cal. even though I was only there for a short time on business. I am picky about beds and bathrooms and I couldn’t have been happier with mine. I would love to stay here again. It was certainly worth the price I paid. This hotel certainly improves the Best Western brand name/reputation.

Best Western is THE BEST
My experience @ Best Western was extremely good, We were completely satisfied with the Guest Services, breakfast provided, parking facilities etc. We will definitely consider staying there in our future visit.

Money well spent!
This is a very comfortable hotel, close to the beach, close to UCSB, 10 minutes to downtown SB. The beds were very cozy, rooms were fully equipped. We were travelling with family and the hotel accomodated us with adjoining rooms. The front desk is extrememly helpful, even lending us scissors on Christmas Eve so that we could wrap presents. Highly recommended for a great price.
