Will go back...often!
We truly enjoy our time we spend at the Royal Solaris in Cancun, this was our ninth trip to Cancun, and our fourth time to stay here. The food is excellant in most of the restaurants, the buffet food is like most places, but they do make alot of things to order. The eggs, omelets, pancakes, and waffles are made to order, and they are great. The hotel staff is very accommodating, and friendly. The entertainment staff go out of their way to make your stay fun and exciting, if you don’t have fun, its your own fault. The beach is very nice and much bigger than most. We usually go during Halloween, they put on a huge costume party and dinner, complete with a show and prizes. We will be back next year.
The show at Coco Bongo’s is something everyone should see at least once, maybe even twice!!

Suggestions
Travel agency - sole royal is better People in Mexico are polite, service was great. Food only ok, but you can tell they are trying. Bathtub was leaking. 3 stars hotel - you pay what you get
Suggestions: 1. No snorkeling area, has to buy tours, if you want free snorkeling activities, chose other hotels. 2. Bus is very convince, if you want go to shopping area take bus and change pixies, most places use cash. 3. bring bug spray and sunscreen. 4. Going there Between Mar-Nov is better - warm.

Very good
Very clean - love the maid they were wonderful. They desing characters with towels. My daughter love it. Staff super nice and they are all bilingual. The services is great. Lots of good food. The hotel needs some updating but overall is good.
