Very Nice Venue
Great indoor environment (fountains, ponds with koi, palm trees, etc.); large 2-room units; nice balconies; great views; Camelback Mountain in background. Located on the "greenest" (color-wise) street in Phoenix. Short ride to Scottsdale shopping. Excellent conference rooms. Very good food. Friendly service.

Great stay, very relaxing
Located right next to a high end shopping center and a great Mexican Restaurant (less than 5 min walk to both). Omaha Steakhouse in the restaurant serves a better steak than many stand-alone steakhouses. Will definitely stay here again when in Phoenix.

Not too impressed
As a traveler who thinks of the Embassy Suites as a great place to stay, my recent stay at the Embassy Suites - Biltore was not so great. The first room had a musty smell which was attributed to a leaking pipe when the shower was in use. The 2nd room had a plumbing problem too. The hotel did offer to move us to another room, but since it was our last night, we made do. They did comp a meal, but I will not return to the this location for future stays.
