Convenient and Good Value
Nice, big room with 1/2 size fridge and big closet. Can easily fit a family of 3 or 4. The furnishings are old and nothing out of the ordinary, but that’s to be expected. Good bang for your buck, although the place could use a major overhaul if they want to attract more customers. The breakfast was VERY basic and you have to clean the tables and clear up yourself. Right next to the lake, close to restaurants and a playground, Rite-Aid across the street, 15 min. by car to Northstar. I would use it again, if you’re just looking for a place to spend the night.

Right on the Beach
This is a great place to stay if you pay a little extra for a view of the lake, gas heater, comfortable beds, and don’t need an elevator or on-site restaurant. Owners are friendly and do provide a good continental breakfast. Convenient location. Internet service is spotty. Would go back in a heartbeat.
