Very nice hotel but also consider a few other things.
I can’t emphasize too much how nice the hotel was given the price of the air and hotel package I received. So given the hotel, grounds and amenities were so nice, there are four things that I thought really detracted from the deal. First, there is a $12 parking charge per night. Second, there is a fee for connecting your laptop wirelessly (about $15). Third, cell phone service is very weak or non-existent. And four, the restaurant pricing is much too expensive for what you get. So you might expect to pay about $30 more for your room when you do your comparison shopping and you only are able to use your cell phone when you hit the road for the day.

Classie with exceptions
Why do guests with a parking tag need to pay an extra $XX/nite to park? Their restaurant food is NOT first class and we let them know about it. Especially the +$$/per guest Brkfst Brunch which served powdered eggs, frozen pancakes-biscuits-premade cinnamon rolls. Wine list not top notch. Beach water is shallow, watch out for pesty squirrels. Sunsets are awesome, get room 3rd floor bay side.
Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks
Enjoy the "local’s"diner South of Hotel for brkfst. For more local fun, try others for dinner,too. Big tip: if traveling without children, go in off-season (Sept-Oct).

All Inclusive
You can rent boats, jet skis, snorkling gear, and go parasailing right on the resort’s private beach. Very nice, especially compared to other places in the Key Largo area.
Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks
They charge $18 a night for parking and even more if you bring a boat, just FYI.
