Great Experience!
The room was beautiful. The staff members were very friendly. Having an Ipod in the room was a nice amenity. The TV was impressive. The Flavia coffee pods were great. The only difficulty I had was finding the Ice Machine (which turned out to be right next to my room tucked away in a little corner), but the house cleaning person helped me find it.

Great Hotel...but there are a few "RED" flags
I was charged for parking, when I did not have a vehicle. I was also charged for an extra night stay after I checked out. Usually, I can deal with service issues, but when there are billing issues...that is a major problem for me!!

Outstanding
Beautiful hotel, meticulousy clean, great staff. We were upgraded at n/c to a suite. The lobby artwork is fantastic. Only drawback is the neighborhood, but the city is obviously working to revitalize the downtown. I highly recommend their restaurant, "Proof". One of our best meals ever.
