Highly professional
This hotel situated within walking distance from the city center of Graz offer a great value/price ratio. Business rooms are immense and comfortable. Breakfast is generous and service is outstanding. Will definitely return on my next trip to beautiful Graz.

Nice and close to the Opera House
A short bus or tram ride from the main train station, this hotel is pleasant inside, complete with a parrot in the lobby. My room was recently renovated, with space-age plumbing that had trouble functioning and a private safe that couldn’t be closed. No breakfast was included, which made it the only hotel in the five I stayed in on this trip that did not have that meal included. The front desk staff was friendly.

some things don’t work
I didn’t go for pleasure or business, but for health resons of my daughter that was in Graz. I knew I was going to need easy communications, so I chose this hotel because of the room wireless internet service. We hadn’t. It didn’t work. They started denying that, but finally accepted they had to fix it. We left four days later without internet service in the room. We couldn’t use the phone either. They have a special switch box that do not accept tone selection of options, so we were not able to call to half of the places where you have to select options pressing buttons.
