Great for kids
Stayed three nights with our three kids for spring break. Very friendly staff, resort is immaculate and there is so much to do. Only negative is the food which is all bland and tasteless but we did not really mind as it gave us an excuse to head to Austin on two of the evenings for dinner.
Highly recommend upgrading to get access to the Regency Club. When between activities it was nice to have this quiet area to relax and enjoy a snack and a cold drink.

Extremely anxious to return
The hotel was absolutely fantastic. The water park was the highlight of the stay. I was only there a short time, but I can’t wait to go back to enjoy floating in the lazy river. I only had one meal there in the Firewheel Cafe and I have to say I was very disappointed with the quality of the wait staff and food. Overall, the stay was great and I would recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a quick getaway.

Hyatt Lost Pines...Perfect Family Resort!
A lot of hotels claim to be family friendly, but Hyatt Lost Pines truly has it all for every member of the family. Golf and Spa for the adults plus they have activities for the kids All Day Long and into the night. We never saw our 9 year old son except at meal times. Our 13 year old daughter actually smiled! This is the best family resort around, we loved every minute and can’t wait to go back.

Three tips....1. Don’t let the kids miss the Smores and the outdoor movie. 2. Book the Zip Line when you book your stay otherwise it will be sold out. 3. Purchase the bottomless drink containers for $10. Saves a bundle on drink orders.
