Nice and comfortable.
The hotel is comfortable and well situated. You can find good restaurants close by. A very good shopping mall is not far by car. It is a good option if you have to be around the area.
Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks
The restaurant is extremely expensive. There are several restaurants and caffes within walking distance that serve much better breakfast than the one at the hotel and for about half the price.

Good Hotel, Well located, and great Lounge
The Hotel has all the services, and amenities for the buisness treveller, good food and a great place to have a drink on top of the Hotel, If you get a good deal is a nice place to stay in the Sta Fe area in Mexico City
Traveler's tip on shopping
This Place is for the traveller that has something to do in the Western part of Mexico City, where some of the corporate and banking headquarters are, there is also the largest and best Shopping Mall in Mexico City, you can also find very good restaurants, and night life, but there are not museums or landmark places, it is a high income people place for living and shopping. You also have Toluca near and there is an Airport there that is much more convenient than the one in Mexico City.

Awesome Hotel, a bit pricey though...
Was very pleased with accomodations except that I was not pleased that there was no ice machine and the breakfast buffet was more expensive than the dinner I had the night before. The location is very safe, but no fast food joints to eat at, the one store that saved me which is down the block from the hotel is "thank heaven for 7-11!"
Traveler's tip for business travelers
Very nice hotel, but more bang for your buck, stay at the Novotel which is directly in back of the Camino Real, less expensive and the breakfast buffet is complentary...
