NIce no frills motel/hotel near downtown Palm Springs and airport
My wife and I enjoyed this quiet little motel very much. Very good value for $ as its close to downtown PS, art museum, and highways to Joshua Tree and south. The room was ok with a good TV and enough room to store our golf clubs. Some nights were noisy because of a dog next door. Office staff and maids were friendly and helpful. Pool and jacuzi was good size and in good condition. A no frills, no hassle place. The WIFI was not reliable and was the only problem we had in our 9 night stay.

Elvis stayed here. What more can I say.
This is the best place Ive stayed in Palm Springs. Conveniently located, 3rd largest pool in P.S., large jacuzzi, great view (from my room no less), and the rooms were clean, new looking and stylish. For the money you cant do better in Palm Springs. Elvis knew that -- and so should you!

Really cheap place not for a cheap price
I wasnt really expecting much but I was still a bit disapointed. Check in and out was fine and so was the location but the room was not. It reminded me of a cheapy place like a hotel 6 or something. There were stains and frays on the towels, the shower was finicky and the nozzle didnt really work, there were stains on the bedding (my boyfriend slept on top of the sheets because they were stained), the blankets were really thin and insufficient and became very cold at night, and the window shade did not close all the way so this made me uncomfortable and I could not leave the bathroom without a towel or clothes on. granted the sheets and towels are white but it seems as if they are trying to use them for as long as they can without thinking that people dont like to sleep on or use dirty stained old looking things. If youre looking for a place that isnt too expensive, really close to downtown Palm Springs, and dont mind some stains, broken showers and shades and some frays then this place is ok for you. To me this place wasnt worth the money. I would have spent more on a nicer place if I would have known.
